contXtual (“we”, “us”) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the reTHINK application at create.getrethink.com and the content it renders, strictly for your own collaboration purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service.

This license covers the software, interfaces, design, text, graphics and other materials that make up the Service (the “reTHINK Materials”).

• Use the Service for internal collaboration with your team and the guests you invite into your spaces.
• Create, store, share and present content inside reTHINK spaces according to your plan's limits.
• Invite guests to join your sessions, provided guest usage stays within your plan.
• Print or take screenshots of your own content for your own business purposes.

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the reTHINK Materials, except as needed to use the Service as intended.
• License, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the Service or the reTHINK Materials.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed in the Service.
• Use the reTHINK name, logo or branding without our prior written permission.

The reTHINK Materials are and remain the property of contXtual and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license. Content that you and your guests place inside your spaces remains yours — see “Your content” in our Terms of Service.

This license applies while your account is active and in good standing. It ends automatically if your account is terminated under our Terms of Service. If your trial or subscription lapses, your license continues at the free level of access, where one is available, and otherwise ends when we delete your account and content after the wind-down period.

The Service uses third-party software components, including open-source libraries, under their own licenses. Nothing in this license restricts your rights under those applicable open-source licenses.

reTHINK and contXtual, and the associated logos, are trademarks of contXtual. This license does not grant any right to use those marks, except for the limited right to identify the Service as the source of content you share from it.
