reTHINK is a spatial collaboration product operated by contXtual (“contXtual”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the reTHINK marketing website at getrethink.com and the reTHINK application at create.getrethink.com.

• Account information: name, email address, company or team name, and the plan you select when you sign up or start a free trial.
• Session information: rooms and spaces you create or join, room codes, participant display names, and session timestamps.
• Content you add: documents, images, notes, drawings and other material you place inside a reTHINK space.
• Device and headset information: browser or headset type, operating system, app version and general performance diagnostics.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, and interactions with buttons and links, collected to understand how the product is used.
• Billing information: plan, billing period, renewal dates and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
• Support communications: messages you send us, including contact form submissions.

• To create and maintain your account and provide the reTHINK service.
• To host and synchronise the spaces, content and sessions you use.
• To process subscriptions, trials, renewals and cancellations.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and investigate misuse.
• To improve reliability, performance and product design using aggregated usage data.
• To send service and account emails, and — only where you have opted in — product news.

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of performing our contract with you (providing the service and billing), our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), your consent (optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate reTHINK, and only as needed for them to perform that work:

• Cloud hosting, database and authentication providers that run the reTHINK application.
• Payment and subscription providers that process purchases and issue invoices.
• Email delivery providers used for account and transactional email.
• Analytics and error-monitoring providers that help us diagnose problems.
• Professional advisers, or authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

People you invite into a space can see the display name you use and the content placed in that space. Guest access requires email verification but does not create a full account. If you invite guests, please only share content you are comfortable with them seeing.

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for signing in, keeping you signed in, and remembering preferences. We also use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in and some features will not work without the essential ones.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your content for a limited wind-down period so you can recover it, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Billing and tax records are kept for the period required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel, and account records are protected by row-level access rules so that users can only reach their own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

reTHINK is operated using infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred out of the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through the support page; we may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

reTHINK is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate by email.
